Natal Austral

We combined Austral's promise, Gruv's expertise and the strength of influencers to drive the brand to thrill and conquer the public in Brasília.


The challenge

How can a brand from São Paulo win the hearts of people from Brasilia? Austral threw us the challenge of reaching its public of interest, presenting and introducing this new brand in the capital. Therefore, we needed to generate reach by disclosing the company's differentials so that the affected people would become interested, understand and embrace the purpose of the products.




The result

With our 44 activated influencers, we managed to organically impact more than 370,000 accounts, disseminating the entire purpose and differential of the brand with more than 350 contents produced and distributed on social networks.


We made the store's physical unit sell 4x more at the end of the year and, our strategy with content driven by paid media, we reached more than 1 million people in just 4 days.

Dynamics

We believe that no one does anything alone and we understand that emotion generates much more results, so we gathered 40 influencers to, at the end of the year, join the brand and strengthen its communication.

The idea consisted of the extensive production of content about Austral, within the unit in Brasília, at Shopping Iguatemi, focused on bringing visibility and value to the brand. We unite influencers with the brand's objectives, promoting brand actions, such as "Buy 2 and Take 3" and the personalized coupons we create for each content creator.


All this material, after being disclosed, was analyzed so that, while the campaign was running, adjustments and new directions could be made that further boosted the disclosure proposal.


In addition to all the content made, some influencers stood out and we took the opportunity to boost selected content through paid media and thus reach and delight even more people.
